We are devoted to provide advice and support to civil aviation authorities and industry in the design and implementation of their specific plans, ensuring ordination with the corresponding state development plans.

Development of States and aviation industry (aviation master plans, airport planning and design), through the design and implementation of strategic planning processes for diverse development strategic sectors, as aviation (Aviation Master Plan) and tourism sectors (Tourism Plan), according to their specific needs, and their articulation with national, regional, and global.
